Frequently asked questions

  • If you are accompanying a group that has a reservation with us (Expedition or Odyssey packages only), we will be happy to show you the departure point and let you use our dock and facilities, but we do not offer transportation of your boats. Please note that you will have to carry your boat over a distance of 700 m on a forest trail.

  • Yes, but we recommend that this is not your dog's first trip on the water. If it's a large dog, we ask that you sit at the back of the bus to prevent it from blocking the path.

  • Yes, unless we say otherwise, the activity will take place. We will only cancel activities in the event of thunderstorms or significant changes in the river level.
